1. What we offer

News is an RSS/Atom news aggregator. The core feed is free to use. We also offer an optional paid PRO subscription that unlocks additional features such as advanced filters, access to the full historical archive, saved searches and data exports. Pricing and the features included in each plan are shown on the pricing page.

2. Using the platform

You may use News to read, search and filter headlines for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• scrape, resell or redistribute the aggregated data in bulk;
• overload, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service;
• use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms.

3. Content and authorship

News does not own the news content it displays. The copyright of each article belongs to its original author and publisher. For every item we only show the source, the title, a short description and a link back to the original article. To read the full story you are sent to the publisher's own site. If you are a rights holder and want a source removed, contact us.

4. AI-generated classifications

Tags, categories and other classifications shown on the site (for example sector, technology or type labels) are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and may be imperfect, incomplete or wrong. They are provided to help you navigate the feed and must not be relied upon as factual, professional or editorial judgement.

5. Disclaimer of liability

The platform and all data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any headline, description, link or classification. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the platform or its content.

6. Refund policy

PRO subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your PRO access remains active until the end of the current billing period. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us. Renewals and partial periods are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
